    At JHaanpi we continuously strive to provide the authentic exclusive sarees, Chikankari sarees are brought straight from the artisans of Lucknow.
  • What's your return and cancellation policy?
    JHaanpi provides a simple and convenient return policy. We would be more than happy to help in the case of return of the products Click here, to read more about our Returns & Cancellations policy.
  • What are the modes of payment?
    Jhaanpi uses a payments secured and powered by Razorpay. You can make easy payments using credit, debit, UPI and Netbanking using Razorpay. COD is available only in India. Payments can be made using Zest Money for EMI payments. JHaanpi uses PayPal for international buyers.
  • Where is JHaanpi store located?
    We would love to have a physical store in near future, for now we only have online presence.
  • Do you have only a Chikankari/Chikan collection?
    Jhaanpi takes pride in having a beautiful range of chikankari saree on silk, pure georgette, chanderi, kota and cotton. Also, we have beautiful collections of Banarasi, and Handloom sarees.
  • Do you do Cash on Delivery (CoD)?
    Yes, we do provide cash on delivery.
  • Do you provide international shipping?
    Yes, JHaanpi does world wide delivery.
  • Do you do free shipping?
    Yes, we provide free shipping pan India, and shipping charges are applicable on all orders outside india.
  • Do all sarees come with blouse piece?
    No, all saree's dont come with blouse piece, its mentioned in product description.
  • What delivery carriers do you use? How do I track my order?
    We have tied up with reputed courier companies such as FedEx, DTDC, Bluedart, Delhivery, etc. You will receive an email with your tracking details once we dispatched your order. You can track your order 24 hours after your order has been shipped.
  • Is it safe to use my Credit/Debit card on JHaanpi?
    All credit card and debit card payments on JHaanpi are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways.
  • Can I get a saree customised in a particular combination or design?
    As we continuously strive to provide the exclusive sarees, if you have anything specific in mind, do connect with us over e-mail or WhatsApp. We will try to find the perfect saree for you. Do let us know what you desire, your choice is ours.
  • Will I have to pay duties or taxes for international orders?
    Taxes and Duties depend on your Shipping Destination. VAT, Custom, and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be levied as per rules and regulations set by your country.
